Work Opportunity Center, Inc. is a vocational training program and an employment agency for developmentally disabled individuals. WOC, Inc. has been providing developmentally disabled individuals with vocational training, work experiences and employment opportunities since 1969. WOC, Inc. simultaneously provides a motivated and dependable work force to local businesses.
WOC, Inc. offers businesses a variety of cost effective solutions for both production and personnel needs. WOC, Inc. offers an extensive list of Assembly/Packaging, Mail, Fulfillment and Warehouse Services at its 15,000 square foot facility in Agawam, Massachusetts.
These services can be performed in WOC, Inc.'s facility or a supervised production team can be sent to local business facilities. WOC, Inc. will also assist employers in filling personnel vacancies with part-time or full-time employees. WOC, Inc. will provide training and follow-up services when an individual is hired. Hiring individuals through WOC, Inc. saves recruitment time and economic resources.
Work Opportunity Center, Inc. has three programs to meet business production and personnel needs.

On-Site at Work Opportunity Center, Inc.:WOC, Inc. provides a variety of Assembly/Packaging, Mail, Fulfillment, and Warehouse Services at its facility on Suffield Street in Agawam, Massachusetts.
WOC, Inc.'s facility has:
- 15,000 square feet of manufacturing space.
- pallet racking with 3 pallet high capacity.
- 2 loading docks with 55 foot tractor trailer or drive-in capability.
- alarm, sprinkler and air conditioning systems in the warehouse and manufacturing area.
- regular pest control maintenance.
- a parking lot which can accommodate 40 foot steel shipping containers.
WOC, Inc.'s facility has the following equipment:
- paper counting machines
- paper folding machines
- shrink wrapping machines
- L-sealers
- bar sealers
- digital scales
- postal metering
- computerized direct impact printing machine capable of printing name, address and barcode on mail
- lazer jet printers for printing labels
- pallet jack

Enclave Program:
Work Opportunity Center, Inc. can provide and transport production teams
to businesses to perform assembly and/or production work. A production
team is available to be on-site for days, weeks, months, or years. Each
team is led by a Work Opportunity Center, Inc. Lead Vocational Trainer
who will:
- task analyze each job
- train and supervise the production team
- ensure quality control
- meet deadlines

Supported Employment Program:
Work Opportunity Center, Inc. can supply businesses with entry level employees.

Work Opportunity Center, Inc. is an employment agency for individuals with developmental disabilities. The job candidates' skills and job preferences will be provided to all potential employers.
The Supported Employment Program will supply employers with several job candidates to interview. When a candidate is hired, an Employment Specialist will provide training, support, transportation and follow-up services.
